Since 1993, the Islamic Speakers Bureau (ISB) has been the core of the outreach efforts of ING to increase religious literacy and promote mutual respect among people of all faiths and none. Our speakers are professionals, university students and homemakers who find the time to volunteer to help develop accurate perceptions about Islam and Muslims within our diverse communities and American’s religious pluralism. As guest speakers are invited to schools, colleges, universities, healthcare organizations, law enforcement agencies, civil centers, corporations and other public and private institutions, ING certified speakers deliver hundreds of onsite presentations each year to increase inter-religious understandings and building relationships among all Americans. This educational program is open to all Muslims who are interested in learning how to speak in public about Islam from an educational perspective.
