Membership Eligibility:
Membership in the Council shall be limited to the Islamic organizations of Kentucky and the Council's Trustees. The Islamic Organizations shall be registered as not-for-profit organizations, and whose decision making is accomplished by a consultative body of at least four persons, all of whom shall be Muslims. Additionally, a Community-Based Organization shall have been in existence for at least one year prior to becoming eligible for joining the Council. Similarly, a Service-Based Organization shall have been in existence for two years prior to joining the Council.
